Ketamine Hydrochloride Injection, USP – 50 mg/mL, 10 mL Multiple-Dose Vials (Box of 10)

Product Description:

  • Ketamine HCl 50 mg/mL is a rapid-acting dissociative anesthetic used for induction and maintenance of procedural sedation and analgesia. It is commonly utilized in oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS) as part of balanced anesthesia or moderate sedation protocols.

  • Each 10 mL multiple-dose vial contains 500 mg of ketamine, allowing titrated administration across multiple patients in accordance with infection control and clinical guidelines.

  • Ketamine produces profound analgesia, amnesia, and sedation while maintaining airway reflexes and cardiovascular stability, making it well-suited for ambulatory OMS procedures such as extractions, implant placement, and minor maxillofacial surgeries.

  • Onset of action is typically within 30 seconds (IV) or 3–4 minutes (IM), with a short duration of action that supports quick procedural recovery.

  • Often used in combination with agents like midazolam, fentanyl, or propofol to enhance sedation quality, minimize emergence reactions, and optimize patient comfort.

  • Supplied in a box of 10 sterile multiple-dose vials, ideal for OMS practices and surgical centers requiring reliable, on-demand sedation support.
